ELEMENT CONCEPTS HISTORY AND THE TEAM BEHIND IT
Element Concepts was created by selecting a team of highly skilled, creative, and inventive minds. The Team leading Element Concepts boast a lifetime of experience in their relative areas of expertise and can only be rated as top of their field.
The experience of Element Concepts core team members has developed over decades of service in the luxury marine and automotive businesses. Specialising in high end custom design, product manufacturing and modification.
The Lead Composite Technician’s experience can be mapped back to the early 2000’s, where he began to develop his composite design and manufacturing expertise in the elite automotive industry, later expanding into the marine and mining industries. Over the last two decades his craftsmanship and knowledge of these materials has been perfected. This combined with the decades of experience of our Managing Shipwrights and Support Composite Technicians allowed for the company’s expansion into new design and product opportunities.
Through creative design, a pursuit of skill, decades of experience and technical development, Element Concepts was born. It is from this foundation we have expanded from using traditional marine building materials and methods to the use of high-end composite materials and advanced technologies to service and enhance the luxury marine industry.
Element Concepts Carbon Game Towers was recognised Australia wide for innovation, winning the AIMEX 2023 Australian Marine Industry Innovation Award, held at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, for the Design and Development of our 100% Carbon Fibre Sports Fishing Towers, created using our Patent Pending joining system.

Element Concepts are located at the Boatworks on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The Boatworks is the largest and most extensive shipyard in the Southern Hemisphere. The Boat Works, handle the region’s visiting superyachts, charter vessels and privately owned boats. The Boat Works lifts more than 3,000 vessels per year, with the yard’s 3,000 Tonne travelift, the largest on the Gold Coast, and is the only facility with 60 covered refits sheds including the highest superyacht-specific refit sheds at a height of 20-metres.
